A cross-disciplinary artist using fashion, film and performance to explore the act of dressing in relation to experiences of identity, intimacy, relationships and memories. I graduated from MFA in Sculpture at Slade School of Fine Art, UCL, in 2022 after completing my BA in Fashion Design Womenswear at Central Saint Martins, UAL, in 2017. I have been the recipient of the Claire Winston Memorial Award and the South Square Trust scholarship in 2019, and the UCL Studentship bursary in 2018. I was also shortlisted for the Almacantar Studio Award for my MFA Degree show 2022, and for the LVMH scholarship for Fashion Design in 2017.

My work draws parallels between clothing and the digital screen. I treat the flat surface of the screen as a tactile cloth that can be cut, stitched and worn as a garment of connection and communication, fashioning multiple selves. I question: What is it like to wear an image? How do we inhabit images as a means to form material relationships in a virtual age? Drawing a parallel between the role of garment as archive, and image as archive, I dress in the virtual fabric of the screen to unfold personal relationships, histories and memories.

I also work as one half of the collaborative duo Boon & Baum, with artist Joe Boon.
